You make that sound like you owned the land in the first place. Are you saying you own all of the bricks and mortar including the gymnasium, cafe, IGA and underground carpark? 

Didn't own the land but had the lease on it and control over it.
I know we own the gymnasium building, I think the Cafe too, not sure about the IGA.

You must have passed a pretty big hat around to raise the coin for that Tiger or took out a loan. The advantage you have there is parking lots galore across the road and around the corner. Loads of parking options to cash in on assets like that. I can't see Perth having those opportunities with residential around all surrounding roads and already a little shopping strip on the back of Lathlain Park.

Not sure what deal we did with the Eagles since we gave up being the main tenant apart from them having to install a new scoreboard which took them a few years to accomplish. Obviously we benefit from a great surface and excellent lighting but I'm hoping that our lease as a sub tenant is negligible because we have virtually given up any commercial opportunities such as yours.

DD, correct me if I am wrong, but I was under the impression that the whole of the Lathlain land is still owned by the Town of Victoria Park. PFC and WCE are co-tenants of the TOVP.

Never suggested we or the Eagles had any ownership of Lathlain Smokey. But hopefully we have full control over our new facility and not under any venue manager.
